Pride Hikers, come join us at Ethan Allen Park! The park has four miles of both paved and unpaved paths throughout hilly and forested Ethan Allen Park. This area is wooded and features a lot of interesting natural and cultural history. The park is home to the city's highest point topped by a 40-foot-high stone tower. Unfortunately, the observation tower will not be open during the winter season and will reopen in May 2025. We will meet in the parking lot!

LGBTQIA++ community members and allies of all ages welcome! If under 18, please come accompanied by an adult.

What to wear/bring:

  • A pair of warm, waterproof boots that are comfortable to hike in
  • Warm layers (hat, mittens/gloves, neckwarmer, etc.)
  • Microspikes and/or trekking poles
  • A warm drink if you choose!

Trail information:

  • Trail surface: Varies from paved, packed dirt, gravel/crushed stone, and boardwalk/bridge.
  • Pets: Please keep them on leash.
